CHALLENGE

CHS a subsidiary of Pharmatrade is in the business of selling over the counter, prescription products and health devices. With over 13 physical stores in the UAE, CHS wanted to create a digital/online presence. With multiple channels of selling the products offline, the challenge with CHS was to create a solution that worked across digital and brick & mortar stores seamlessly, whilst providing the end user with an excellent user experience.

SOLUTION

Mobiiworld developed a web e-commerce platform based on Magento 2.0. The front-end responsive website was designed and developed by Mobiiworld following the mobile first philosophy.

• A multi-store setup enables users from different locations to be served from a pharmacy that is closest to the user.
• A fully scalable system, the solution enables the admin to easily setup up a new store as and when needed.
• An ERP integration with Microsoft Navision enabled the client to easily manage their online inventory based on stock levels in the warehouse and stores.
• Integration with Etisalat Payment Gateway enable users to purchase via VISA and Mastercard.
• The order management system enables the fastest delivery within the industry. Users get their deliveries within 2 hours of placing an order online.
